Specimen of the SVC which has been developed and implemented by the Ministry Health with the guidance of the WHO. The SVC is issued by the Ministry of Health to Sri Lankans as proof of vaccination for foreign travel purposes.
The SVC include persona l details as well a· details about the vaccination. It also provides a QR Code which is verifiable through a Web Portal (http ://cert.cov id 19.gov.l k)
