Power of Attorney / Affidavit
When a Sri Lankan nationals requires either an Affidavit or Power of Attorney for the purpose of submitting to a Court of Law in Sri Lanka or any other legal institution, the applicant should obtain an Affidavit / Power of Attorney from a lawyer in Sri Lanka and produce it to the Embassy with the Applicant’s valid Sri Lankan Passport and Visa.
The applicant should sign the Affidavit/Power of Attorney in the presence of an authorized officer at the Embassy.
